Crested Hawk-Eagle (Nisaetus Cirrhatus) is also known as Changeable Hawk-Eagle. It is primarily found in the Indian sub-continent. This image was made on a safari in Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve on an overcast day. Exposing for the bird resulted in  overexposed background which gives an interesting effect.
