Townsend's warbler

Townsend's warbler (Setophaga townsendi) is probably one of the prettiest birds found on the West Coast. It can give the colorful tropical birds a run for their money. I stalked this bird for many days as I knew its favourite tree. Finally an opportunity presented itself and I got a shot with the dark background which is what I was hoping for.
